Our Process

Preliminary

Initial Consultation & Strategy

After submitting the form, we will reach out within 48 hours to schedule a consultation call. This will be a free 30-minute consultation where we will discuss your business goals, current marketing strategy, and the state of your website & all around web presence. We will send you a detailed proposal within 3 days including itemized pricing and scope of work.

Week 1

Confirmation of Strategy & Proposal

After reviewing our proposal, should you decide to work with us, we ask for a small upfront payment of 15% of the agreed-upon price. After receiving this initial payment, we will ask you to fill out a short questionnaire (10 questions, varying based on selected services). Your answers will help us put together a comprehensive strategy and plan your website’s design & content based on your unique operation.

Week 2

Collection of Important Info + Work Begins

You will be provided with a secure link to provide any photos, graphics, or other marketing materials that will be useful in the development of your website or ads, as well as a preview link to view your website as it’s being developed. The initial setup of your ad campaigns or new WordPress site will be completed within a few days.

Ongoing or Until Completion

Reports on Progress and Ongoing Discussions of Site Design & Marketing Strategy

We issue regular reports to every client with updates on website development and performance progress. We make it a point to remain transparent and keep our clients aware of the results being generated from our work. We will also reach out at times and request that you review our work and approve of the direction we are taking your website or marketing strategy.
